"The Pillars Of Creation" invisible UV murals.

Pillars of Creation is a photograph taken by the Hubble Space Telescope of elephant trunks of interstellar gas and dust in the Eagle Nebula, some 6,500-7,000 light years from Earth. Pillars are considered to be a cradle of stars, but UV emission from newborn ones inside the pillars' cores tears them apart, so they are also a Pillars Of Destruction.
That kind of object inspired me to make an invisible UV mural on SilkPlaster wallpaper at my place, when I discovered AcidColors Phantom UV invisible paint.
This paint allows to switch between environment atmosheres by a turn of switch.

Pillars Of Creation mural. This photo is the closest one to transmit the amazing colors of fluorescence, the emission of which contains some wavelengths the monitors are not able to reproduct.

The SilkPlaster wallpaper as a canvas for paint. It represents a thickened mess of silk and paper fibers, which are good in absorbing a paint.
I made a paper stencil to mark the main boundaries.

As I used an original photo reference opened on nearby monitor, it was rather hard to manage distortions. So I decided to make a photo of mural and make a gif with comparison. This simple technique helped a lot.
